    Vaccine history incomplete
Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver because vaccinations not medically appropiate

Also can we look at the cd that came with the resultes?

I don't know what that means but I don't think it's anything bad because my on my hubby's medical results the same box was checked and he had no prob. As far as the cd yes you can look at it because that yours to keep. I still have yet to look at my hubby's cd.

Yes, you do get a cd now with the med results.
    Edit:
It sounds like maybe he has some condition or something like that so he cannot get certain shots

How much did he pay at the medical if you don't mind sharing?

    Hello,
    this is what I found:
    9 FAM 40.11 PN4.1 Waiver Under INA
    212(g)(2)(A)
    (TL:VISA-427; 06-20-2002)
INA 212(g)(2)(A) appears to have been written chiefly to accommodate
adjustment of status cases. It allows the Attorney General to grant a waiver
to any alien who subsequently has been vaccinated after having been found
ineligible at the time of adjustment of status. Since medical exams for
immigrants are conducted prior to the visa interview, most applicants will
not need an INA 212(g)(2)(A) waiver. However, during the initial phases,
some applicants will appear for their interview without the completed Form
DS-2053, Medical Examination for Immigrant or Refugee Applicant. Consular
officers must refuse these applicants under INA 212(a)(1)(A)(ii) and the
applicant must return to the panel physician to complete their medical exam.
Once they have done so, they will obtain a Form DS-2053. This form is
submitted to the consular office and the consular officer would approve a
    blanket waiver under INA 212(g)(2)(A).

Form DS-3025, Vaccination Documentation Worksheet, has five “Not Medically Appropriate” categories that are acceptable. These categories should be used when determining an applicant’s eligibility for a blanket waiver. A blanket waiver is a waiver that is applied uniformly to a group of conditions and does not require a separate waiver application or fee to be filed with USCIS. The five categories are:
    (1) Not age appropriate
    (2) Insufficient time interval between doses
    (3) Contraindicated
    (4) Not routinely available
    (5) Not fall (flu) season

They are doing the necessary processing for him. Nothing to worry about.
    Goodluck, girlie!

My husband got a CD too...he didn't have to take it to the consulate with him...in fact they told him he wouldn't be able to take it in to the consulate so he had to run back and leave it with me at the hotel before he went for his open appt....you know we never looked at it, but I think they said it was his x-rays...
