so what happens if you fail the citizenship test?

terinazamora's post got me thinking...if you go to your N-400 interview and fail the test, what happens? do you get a second chance or do you have to file the N-400 over from the beginning and pay all the fees again?

i ask this because it took my husband 5 times to pass the driver's test and he studied really, really hard...he is not stupid but he has a learning disability--i'm a teacher and i can identify stuff like that pretty easily. i'm positive he has ADHD and pretty sure something else speech-language related that interferes with the connection between spoken and written language. he's fine with math and numbers. so when 2011 rolls around, if he takes it and fails, is he screwed?

and yes, he's already started studying.
